  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the buttermilk and eggs together.
  3. In another bowl, combine crushed pretzels with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the buttermilk mixture, then coat it with the pretzel mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
