  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or similar)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and place them on top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the biscuits.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
