- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or similar)
