  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 package Red Lobster Biscuit Mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and milk, cooking until thickened.
  4. Add the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the chicken mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Prepare the biscuit mix according to package instructions, then drop spoonfuls over the chicken mixture.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the chicken mixture.
  • Feel free to substitute the mixed vegetables with any of your favorites.
