- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 package Red Lobster Biscuit Mix
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and milk, cooking until thickened.
- Add the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
- Transfer the chicken mixture to a baking dish.
- Prepare the biscuit mix according to package instructions, then drop spoonfuls over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the chicken mixture.
