Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and trim the radishes, then cut them in half.
  3. Toss radishes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for about 20-25 minutes, until tender and slightly caramelized.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
