- 1 pound turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
