  • 1 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, turkey bacon, Rotel tomatoes, cheddar cheese, flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well incorporated.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
