Easy and delicious Rotel sausage balls made with turkey bacon for a flavorful twist.

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • ½ cup diced Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 cup biscuit baking mix
  • ½ cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the sausage, cheese, Rotel tomatoes, biscuit mix, and turkey bacon until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
