Salmon Spinach Pasta Dish

A delicious and nutritious salmon spinach pasta that is perfect for a weeknight meal. Quick to prepare and packed with flavor!

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add salmon fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Remove and flake the salmon.
  4. Add spinach to the skillet and sauté until wilted.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta, flaked salmon, spinach, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss well.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional lemon juice if desired.
