  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 whole wheat pitas
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs in the spice mixture and spread on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Warm the pitas in the oven for 5 minutes.
  7. Assemble the pitas by placing chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and tzatziki sauce inside.
