  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • 8 pitas
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup Herby Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and salt.
  3. Toss the chicken in the marinade and place it on a sheet pan.
  4. Add vegetables around the chicken.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing.
  7. Warm pitas in the oven for a couple of minutes.
  8. Fill each pita with sliced chicken, mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, and top with Herby Ranch dressing.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Chicken can be marinated overnight for more flavor.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables you have on hand.
