- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- 8 pitas
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup Herby Ranch dressing
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and salt.
- Toss the chicken in the marinade and place it on a sheet pan.
- Add vegetables around the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing.
- Warm pitas in the oven for a couple of minutes.
- Fill each pita with sliced chicken, mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, and top with Herby Ranch dressing.
