Sheet Pan Greek Chicken Pitas

An easy and flavorful recipe for Sheet Pan Greek Chicken Pitas that you can make in one pan.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture on a sheet pan and roast for 20-25 minutes.
  4. While the chicken is roasting, prepare the pita by warming them in the oven for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  5. Once the chicken is done, assemble pitas with chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, and feta.
