- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 taco seasoning packet
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 8 taco shells, crushed
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through.
- Stir in taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- In the slow cooker, add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and salsa.
