Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and softened butter until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well to combine.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

  6. Drop tablespoons of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
