- 8 ounces potato noodles
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Cook the potato noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
