- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, potatoes)
