  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, gochujang, and rice vinegar.
  2. Slice chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and marinate them in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked.
  6. Remove from grill, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
