  • 1 cup strawberries, pureed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, and matcha powder.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the strawberry puree gently.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool and slice into rolls.
