Stuffed Italian Meatloaf

A flavorful and hearty stuffed meatloaf made with turkey bacon, perfect for family dinners.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet.
  4. Make a deep indentation in the center of the loaf and fill it with marinara sauce.
  5. Cover the top of the loaf with more marinara sauce.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
