  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Marinate the pork tenderloin in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the pork from the marinade and sear it in the skillet until browned on all sides.
