Sweet Potato & Cranberry Gratin

A comforting blend of sweet potatoes and cranberries, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. In a greased baking dish, layer the sweet potatoes and cranberries alternately.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream, cheese, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
  5. Pour the mixture evenly over the layered sweet potatoes and cranberries.
  6. Dot the top with butter.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the sweet potatoes are tender and the top is golden.

Notes
