Tender Ina Garten Marinated Flank Steak

  • 2 pounds flank steak
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, Dijon mustard, rosemary, and black pepper.
  2. Place the flank steak in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is achieved.
  6. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing it against the grain.
