2 pounds flank steak
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, Dijon mustard, rosemary, and black pepper.
Place the flank steak in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is achieved.
Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing it against the grain.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate overnight.
Serve with grilled vegetables for a complete meal.
