Thanksgiving Leftover Turkey Cranberry Sliders

Delicious sliders made from Thanksgiving leftovers featuring turkey and cranberry sauce.

  • 2 cups leftover turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 cup stuffing, prepared
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded turkey with cranberry sauce.
  3. Layer the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the turkey mixture over the buns, followed by the stuffing.
  5. Top with mozzarella cheese and place the slider bun tops on.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
