  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes.
  2. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth, then bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
  6. Cook until the soup thickens, then add in the turkey bacon.
