  • 1 cup chocolate ganache

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add in the egg and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until set.
  8. Allow cookies to cool completely before topping with ganache.
  9. Drizzle chocolate ganache over cooled cookies.
