- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup rose syrup
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini cupcake tin with liners.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the almond milk, oil, vinegar, vanilla extract, and rose syrup.
