  • 1/2 cup rose syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini cupcake tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the almond milk, oil, vinegar, vanilla extract, and rose syrup.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fill the cupcake liners about 2/3 full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool completely before frosting.
