2 pounds pork tenderloin
3 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
In a bowl, mix grated ginger, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to create a marinade.
