  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup peas and carrots (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Stir in chicken ham and cook until heated through.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add rice, soy sauce, peas, and carrots; stir well.
  6. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Finish with butter and green onions. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit the meats and add tofu.
  • Use leftover rice for better texture.
