  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped turkey bacon and chicken ham; cook until browned.
  3. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
  4. Push rice to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the empty side; scramble until cooked.
  5. Mix the eggs into the rice and add soy sauce and green onions; stir until everything is well combined.
